These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ACL Education Portal at edu.aajneeti.social (the "Platform"), operated by AAJneeti Connect Ltd. ("AAJneeti", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of our service

ACL Education is an independent education information and lead-facilitation platform. We provide information about colleges, universities, courses, and admissions, and we help connect prospective students with educational institutions and counselling partners. We are not a college, university, or government authority, and we are not the official representative or admissions agent of any institution listed on the Platform, unless expressly stated. We do not guarantee admission, seats, scholarships, fee concessions, placement, or any specific outcome.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or use the Platform with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, to submit an enquiry or use our services.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Platform and to keep it up to date. You agree not to misuse the Platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for any activity carried out using your details.

5. Consent to be contacted

By submitting your details on the Platform and completing verification, you consent to be contacted by us and by the educational institutions and partners we share your enquiry with, through telephone, WhatsApp, SMS, and email, in line with our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party information

Information about colleges, courses, rankings, fees, and admissions on the Platform is compiled from publicly available sources, including official rankings such as NIRF, and from the institutions themselves. This information may change without notice and may contain errors or omissions. You should verify all details directly with the relevant institution before making any decision. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party information.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, design, and software, other than third-party trademarks and content, is owned by or licensed to AAJneeti Connect Ltd. and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission. All third-party names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

8. Limitation of liability

The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAJneeti Connect Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, your reliance on any information provided, or your dealings with any institution or partner contacted through the Platform.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AAJneeti Connect Ltd., its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Platform or your breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
