("AAJneeti", "ACL Education", "we", "us", or "our"), which operates the ACL Education Portal at edu.aajneeti.social (the "Platform"), collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you use the Platform. We are committed to handling your information responsibly and in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian laws. By using the Platform or submitting your details through any form on it, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

The Platform is owned and operated by AAJneeti Connect Ltd., a company incorporated in India [CIN: U73100UP2025PLC219881], with its registered office at B-44 SECTOR-63 NOIDA Noida Gautam Buddha Nagar Uttar Pradesh India 201301. ACL Education is an independent education information and counselling service. We are not a college, university, or government body, and we are not the official admissions channel for any institution listed on the Platform.

3. Information we collect

Information you provide to us:

  • Identity and contact details such as your name, mobile number, email address, and city
  • Your education background and study preferences, such as the courses, colleges, or locations you are interested in
  • Verification data, including the one-time password (OTP) you confirm through WhatsApp or SMS when you submit an enquiry
  • Any other information you choose to share when you contact us or complete a form

Information we collect automatically:

  • Technical data such as your IP address, device type, browser, and operating system
  • Usage data such as the pages you view, links you click, and the time and date of your visit
  • Cookies and similar technologies, including analytics tools such as Google Analytics

4. How we use your information

We use your personal data to:

  • Verify your contact details and confirm your enquiry
  • Respond to your questions and provide information about colleges, courses, and admissions
  • Connect you with educational institutions and authorised counselling partners who can assist you
  • Send you relevant updates, college information, and service communications by call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email

  • Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse

5. How we share your information

To provide our service, we share your details with:

  • Educational institutions, colleges, universities, and authorised counselling or admission partners, so they can contact you about your enquiry. This is the core purpose of the Platform, and by submitting your details you consent to this sharing.
  • Service providers who support our operations, such as hosting, analytics, communication, and CRM providers, who may use your data only to perform services for us
  • Authorities or third parties where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights and the safety of users

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Consent to be contacted

By submitting your details and completing OTP verification, you expressly consent to be contacted by AAJneeti and by the educational institutions and partners we share your enquiry with, through telephone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email, even if your number is registered under DND (Do Not Disturb). You may withdraw this consent at any time as described in the "Your rights" section below.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform, remember your preferences, and understand how the Platform is used. We use Google Analytics to help us analyse traffic and improve the Platform. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, to provide our services, and to comply with our legal obligations. When data is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise it.
